About me
I’m a Game Developer from Munich, Germany, currently working at Ulisses Spiele :)
Game development has fascinated me since my first game implementations in university projects. During my master studies (Human-Computer Interaction) I got many opportunities to try out different technologies and tackle projects in teams or alone. This resulted in some small AR and VR applications, websites, games, and self-modeled, animated 3D models, which you can read more about below. With each of these projects, my ambition was awakened to deepen my knowledge and know-how.
I’m an optimistic person, curious by nature and like to work goal-oriented and harmoniously with other people :)
Experience
Unity 3D
I am very familiar with Unity, having implemented several projects with it both at university and at my current job at Ulisses Siele.
Unreal Engine
During my studies I developed platformer and an escape the room game with Unreal Engine 4. I have to say I'm one of those who finds blueprint scripting pretty cool ;)
Blender
I've used Blender for many of my projects to create 3D models from scratch or make adjustments to existing assets. Although most of the time it was about simpler things, I'm now quite familiar with the techniques of 3D modeling and know where to find what in Blender.
Autodesk Maya
My first 3D modeling experience was a steampunk flying machine that I created with Maya in a university course. You can check it out below :)
Git
Most of the time, I've used Git for versioning (in combination with GitHub, GitLab or Unity Collaborate).
Unity Plastic SCM
At Ulisses Spiele I use Unity Plastic SCM and I love it!
Visual Studio
I learned programming with Eclipse (long time ago), but since then I've always used Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code.
Android Studio
Together with fellow students, I’ve developed an educational app for children using Android Studio, which got published as open-source app in the Google Play Store. as well as on GitHub. Want to learn more about this? Scroll down to my projects! :)
DaVinci Resolve
DaVinci Resolve is currently my favorite video editing tool for creating short video clips. I like to make videos of some of my projects. You can find them on my YouTube channel.
